it's too bad that chrysanthemums are not very pretty.
because the name is amazing.
there's a children's book where a little mouse's name is Chrysanthemum.
i have no idea why i went through the trouble to type/link that.
it doesn't matter at all.
but my blog is BORING people.
i have nothing to say. i don't want to be one of those people who say
they have nothing to say,
but then they actually do.
but i will try my hardest.
i went to a wedding and saw lots of old friends.
i miss rachel and erica more than ever.
we shared some good laughs at QT.
laughs that i haven't had in a long time.
there are two more weeks of summer school left.
and i am BU-SY.
writing papers is practically my existence.
that and watching the o.c.
maybe that's why i have nothing to say anymore.
i write papers about who cares what
and then get caught up in fake fake people's lives. (fake = fictional, fake = shallow)
it's so bizarre how this summer feels SO much different than last summer.
like everything seems different.
and even though i am living in a place for more than a year
(first time in 5 years)
it still seems so different.
which isn't a bad thing i don't think.
just,
different.
that's about all i have.
except that it's the 22! greatest day of the month.
oh and amy, i'm going to bed now.

summer.
it doesn't matter what you say,
there is no denying that people are happier and more full of life in the summer.
sure, people can prefer cold weather to hot weather.
you can choose autumn as your favorite season,
but just look outside on summer evenings:
people together on driveways,
sunsets that will blow your mind,
fire pits and trampoline jumping.
not to mention sweet summer days.
swimming, walking, playing, gardening, worlds of funning, ranching, laking,
an infinite amount of possibilities.
if you have nothing to do,
go outside.
there will be something out there for you.
there is just a presence to summer
that no other season has.
i feel like it's here to say -
hey, sit back and soak up the sun
because
life is good.
